solarOS is software that solar companies use to run their jobs and care for their customers. Your installer handles the work on your system. Here's what you can do on your end.

Sign in to your portal

Go to app.solaros.io and enter the email your installer has on file. We'll email you a sign-in code, so there's no password to remember. You'll see your system, documents, invoices, and any maintenance plan. If your plan includes monitoring, you'll also see how your system is producing.

Ask your installer for service

Use your installer's online service request form. Ask them for the link, or look on their website or in your portal. Describe the problem and add photos. You'll get an email with a link to follow your request.

Direct Monitoring, $14 a month

If your installer doesn't offer monitoring, you can get it from solarOS. You'll see your system's production and health in your portal. It works with Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, and FranklinWH systems. Look for it in the directory.
