Acceptable Use
This policy keeps public pages, provider discovery, and Product App Surface workflows safe for contractors, homeowners, and solarOS.
Use solarOS for legitimate solar, home energy, field service, provider discovery, customer communication, quoting, billing, monitoring, and related business operations. Public information submitted to the Marketing Surface should be accurate and appropriate for the audience.
Do not use solarOS to break laws, misrepresent a business, impersonate others, scrape public pages at abusive rates, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, spam homeowners or providers, or submit content that infringes rights or creates safety risk.
Providers are responsible for published claims, licenses, coverage areas, service descriptions, prices, and offers they choose to make visible. solarOS may remove or limit content that appears inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with launch policies.
solarOS may investigate suspected violations, limit access, remove content, suspend workflows, or contact affected parties when needed to protect the platform, homeowners, providers, or other users.
